Rebecca Ann Lemm
Born in El Paso,TX the youngest daughter of Robert J. and Nora B. Lemm.
Rebecca attended Sahauro High School in Tucson, AZ graduating in 1979. After attending the University of Arizona, she enlisted in the U. S. Air Force in 1984.
She served in the US Air Force as an Avionics Instrument System Repair Specialist, with the rank of Sergeant at various stations including Hickam AFB, HI and Fairchild AFB, WA until 1988 repairing KC 135 and B 52 Aircraft.
Upon discharge in 1988 Rebecca moved to Denver, CO where she attended Metropolitan State College of Denver earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management in 1991.
Rebecca lived in Aurora CO from 1991 and worked as a Design Consultant Manager for Colorado Carpet Distributers until 2021. Surrounded by friends and coworkers she pursued her love for books, quilting, music, arts and crafts and passionately cheering on HER Rockies and Avalanche teams.
A loving and caring woman who selflessly served her family and country with wisdom, honor and honesty she is survived by her siblings: Penny Brandt, Colorado Springs, CO; John J. Lemm, Spokane, WA; Mary Suzanne Wojcicki, Merritt Island, FL; Christina Lemm-Adams, Aurora, CO; Stephen P. Lemm, Vancouver, WA; Michael K. Lemm, Ft Leavenworth, KS; Frederick S. Lemm, Killeen, TX; 14 nieces and nephews, 16 grand-nieces and nephews and uncounted friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, to allow all her family and friends to wish Rebecca fair winds and a following sea on her next journey.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, it is requested that donations be given to the Colorado Humane Society in Rebecca’s name.
